All our classes have a Ballet influence and flair, although no previous ballet experience is needed whatsoever to join in the fun.
Each class is designed to give you a full body workout that is of a high intensity and low impact, caring for the joints, while working to your bodies full potential.
Through Barre work, clients build strength by using challenging positions taken from Ballet and Dance in order to help them tone and strengthen. The Ballet technique provides great postural benefits, muscle strength, balance and flexibility. This is also fantastic for Coordination, connecting body to mind, mental stimulation as well as full body workout.
We add Pilates for spinal stability, core strength and stamina.
What makes Barre classes unique is the added addition of a cardiovascular workout. This keeps the heart rate accelerated so we can burn calories and promote weight loss.
